Alex and I were waiting for a ferry in Brisbane, Australia and the only other person at the terminal was a skateboarder who was attempting tricks off the bench in front of us. It was a completely ordinary moment and yet I was captivated. I decided to capture it in the abstract way that I was sensing it- just a bench, a board, a body, a trick, and a return. Inspiration can come from anywhere. Click play below to watch the video:
