Heidi & Tony's Wedding

These high school sweethearts prove that a little bit of creativity can go a long way on the wedding day!! Heidi is a fabulous graphic designer and owner of idieh design. She created an entire brand identity for her wedding and it pulled all of the details together to create one beautiful cohesive look! I also learned that her sister, Heather, is owner of Outstanding Occasions event planning in Arizona. With these two girls on the design and planning team, I was honored to be the chosen wedding photographer!!!

Heidi is the kind of bride who knows exactly what she wants and how to create it. Flowers out of control? No problem, just a little snip! She also created these awesome custom t-shirts for her bridesmaids, aka "official side kicks"... check out those design skills!

I love that the mirror is like a smile on top of her smile. :-D

You're not a true Indiana Colts fan until you shave a horseshoe into the back of your head!!

Soooo cute!!!!

The girls watch as the guys and the guests arrive...

Moving a harp is no small task, but the music is so beautiful!!

The ceremony was held at Simmons Winery in Columbus, IN in their beautiful garden.

Instead of unity candles or sand, Heidi and Tony took a unique twist on the unity ceremony by combining a glass of white and a glass of red wine. I think Tony was a little thirsty when it was his turn to take a drink!! HA!

I loooove the green and brown colors for her wedding!!! I'm sure you never would have guessed that. ;-)

They had really cute favors that were bags of doughnuts with a ribbon of vellum around the top that said, "See ya' round like a donut!" I'd never heard the expression before, but I guess Heidi and her sister use it all the time! And yes, even the door to the Occasions Banquet Hall in Shelbyville, IN was branded with a special monogram decal created by Heidi! She didn't leave anything out!! I love this photo because it was totally captured on the fly and I was able to catch Heidi getting out of the limo in the reflection!!

Party Time!!!

I just love photographing people in love!!! Sooo happy!!

I think you can tell if a couple is out to get each other based on their enthusiasm to dig into the cake...

HA! Niiiiiiiice!

These images crack me up because they could TOTALLY be taken out of context.... feel free to create your own captions!!! :D

Yummy kisses between Heather and her sweet hubby who played babysitter all day long...

Heidi & Tony, thank you soooo much for making me your wedding photographer! Everything was so beautiful and it all went so well!! I loved gettig to know you and your families and I can't wait to see what big things are in store for your future!!
